The following costs are indications of what we charge for various services. These prices are negotiable depending on the volume of the work being done and whether you sign a monthly contract with us.
Bookkeeping functions
- Monthly Contract … R250 per hour
- Over contract … R300 per hour
- Ad hoc … R350 per hour
Tax and Accounting advice and reports, outside of bookkeeping contracts
- Charged at ad hoc rate
Tax returns
- Individuals: R320
- Companies: Dependant upon size of company and complexity of return. A quote will be given before any work is done.
Please note: If we are contracted to do your annual financial statements then the tax return will be included in this price.
Annual Financial Statements:
- Each customer will be assessed based on size and turnover and quoted accordingly. Please contact us for a comprehensive quote. The current average cost if R4,000.
Company Registrations:
- CC Registration, including VAT, PAYE, and UIF – R750.00
- (Pty) Ltd Registration, including VAT, PAYE and UIF – R1,250.00
- VAT Registration Only – R250.00
- PAYE Registration Only – R250.00
- UIF Registration Only – R150.00
- WCA Registration Only – R250.00
Anything not listed above:
Any other registrations required will be quoted on a “per job” basis. This will usually be based on time and materials.
